Recruiting Manager

Experienced Recruiting Manager needed in our Philadelphia office.

This position is responsible for developing a pipeline of candidates through networking, direct sourcing, internet mining and applicant tracking tools to recruit temporary, seasonal and permanent employees for our clients. The ideal candidate must have the following abilities and responsibilities:
  • The ability to interpret the organization's recruiting strategy, identifies sources, execute recruiting plans, and utilize multiple channels to meet the organization's staff needs.
  • Must have experience in identifying, screening and interviewing qualified candidates.
  • Must demonstrate leadership skill and manage all aspects of team member on-boarding
  • Train and coach interviewing techniques with hiring supervisors in the corporate office, distribution center, and field organization; develop processes and update policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Manage all internal and external postings; negotiate contracts with third party vendors; manage all recruiting aspects of Human Resources budget. 
 
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Human Resources major preferred).
  • 5+years of experience working for a staffing agency.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
  • Strong judgment and decision making skills
  • Ability to work independently and work as a team in a fast paced and multi-task environment.
  • Excellent time management, judgment skills and focused attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, listening, organization, closing, and phone skills.
  • Strong judgment and decision making skills
  • Knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations that impact the recruiting and hiring process.
