Full time receptionist/secretary needed in our South Philadelphia Office.

This person will report to the office manager, and provide secretarial and administrative support for Onsite Personnel office as follows:
  • Perform receptionist duties, including screening and routing calls, and greeting guests.
  • Provide secretarial support for legal filings (pleadings, comments, etc.)
  • Order supplies and business cards.
  • Arrange and coordinate logistics for meetings, appointments, and luncheons.
  • Manage staff calendars, meetings and conference calls as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior secretarial experience (preferably as a legal secretary) and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills as well as oral and written communications skills required. Spanish is a plus, but not required. Must have ability to operate in a professional environment.
