Full time receptionist/secretary needed in our South Philadelphia Office.
This person will report to the office manager, and provide secretarial and administrative support for Onsite Personnel office as follows:
Perform receptionist duties, including screening and routing calls, and greeting guests.
Provide secretarial support for legal filings (pleadings, comments, etc.)
Order supplies and business cards.
Arrange and coordinate logistics for meetings, appointments, and luncheons.
Manage staff calendars, meetings and conference calls as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior secretarial experience (preferably as a legal secretary) and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills as well as oral and written communications skills required. Spanish is a plus, but not required. Must have ability to operate in a professional environment.
