Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist/Coordinator needed in our Philadelphia office.

This position is responsible the following duties:
  • Designing, planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies, promotional materials and marketing communications initiatives including presentations, brochures, direct mail to achieve sustained attention in an advertisement for potential customers; researching and analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and advertisements;
  • Assisting in preparing budgets for various aspects of our marketing programs and coordinating pricing program for marketing activities;
  • Developing and managing online marketing campaigns, marketing newsletter and publishing write ups on blogs, company website and social networking websites;
  • Coordinating PR outreach for the company;
  • Keeping informed of changes in the industry that might affect our company’s services; gathering data on competitors and analyzing prices, sales, and methods of marketing; preparing report of findings for recommending action plans to management 
 
Qualifications
  • Must have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
  • Must have experience working for at marketing department or marketing firm.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and work as a team in a fast paced and multi-task environment.
  • Excellent time management, judgment skills and focused attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation, listening, organization, closing, and phone skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OutlookSerious inquiries only.
